We are delighted to introduce our unique cooking master classes at Heritage Restaurant for those guests wishing to learn how to recreate our starred cuisine in the comfort of their own home! You will experience the details and precision that is necessary to prepare cuisine at the highest standard, while learning first hand from some of the restaurant industry's finest talent.
This class is dedicated to everyone who desires a more detailed kitchen experience of a refined cuisine. So, why wouldn’t you spend one day and a half learning to prepare special dishes as a part of a small group who will receive one to one guidance and tuition?

Kitchen Introduction and Tour
Cold Kitchen: preparation methods for vegetables, fish and meat

Prepare their own starter and main course

Buying tips
Pastry Kitchen: Introduction to Pastry and make your own dessert
Actually, in the morning of the first day our Head Chef and brigade will brief you on the day ahead including the specially selected items that you will be preparing.
After an exciting and informative morning in the kitchens you will move through to the restaurant at lunch time for a delicious and restorative glass of Champagne.
On Sunday our sommelier will be on hand to present wines which have been selected to complement the menu and will explain the reasons for the selection.
Coffee and chocolates are served after dessert and each guest is presented with the recipe cards of the dishes created to take home as a memento and of course for reference in recreating the dishes at home, you will also be given a kitchen uniform and a selected bag of specially chosen products to take home with you.

Course Schedule:
April 24th & 25th as follows:
Saturday 24th: 9:30 till 16:30
Sunday 25th: 10:30 till 13:30
The course includes:

a three course lunch menu for two (i.e. you and your guest) with wines paired to each course.
a stylish protective apron for yours to keep
printed recipes of the meals on menu for further reference
